Florian extra virgin olive oil
Florian extra virgin olive oil is manually extracted from the crop of the best olives grown in Tuscany, immediately cold pressed in an oil mill, in order to maintain its fresh and pure aspects intact.
A high quality evo oil with richer flavors, more digestible and healthier, it is produced in full respect of the quality of the original olives and of a wise crushing and preservation. It has a very low acidity and an excellent taste, with an intense golden yellow color and light green nuances.
Enveloping to the sense of smell, it is characterized by vegetal notes of artichoke, wild thistle, celery, lettuce and marked hints of herbs as rosemary and mint. The result is an oil with a fine taste and personality, with tones of unripe tomato and dried fruit. Ideal dressing for any kind of dish, it is perfect on salads, fish carpaccio, soups, red meats and hard mature cheeses.
Its excellent palatability, the good taste and fragrance, the characteristics of the fruit and the extraction systems, make the Florian extra virgin olive oil the richest oil in phenolic constituents and aromatic compounds. Furthermore, it is rich in antioxidants and fat-soluble vitamins. It has a very good resistance to high temperatures maintaining thus its properties intact even at 200°, therefore it is considered the best oil for cooking and frying, both in quality and in health.
