Blooming teas - 6 pieces
Blooming teas, the symbol of the ancient decorative Chinese culture called Gong Yi Cha, are tiny pieces of art.
They come from the mountainous region of China in the Yunnan province and date back to the 10th century, when they were only destined to the Emperor. These special flowers made their debut in the West only recently, in the eighties.
The blooming teas are rigorously hand crafted and in limited production. Only perfect spring tea buds of the highest quality and tender leaves are tied by hand by skilled craftsmen around a core of different kinds of flowers dried in the shape of pearls, balls and tower or mushroom. The Florian blooming teas enclose a composition of blossoms of rose or coloured marigold flowers.
To truly enjoy the flowering of the blooming teas, you need a glass teapot and some hot water. It is recommended to use hot water at the temperature of 85°C.: it takes only a few minutes and flower will bloom from a tiny ball into a beautiful flower with a fragrant aroma. Once the flower is bloomed, the tea is ready to be poured in the tea cup. Blooming teas can also be brewed 2 or 3 times: they change their aroma with every infusion.
Refreshing and delicate on the palate, the blooming teas have the taste of green tea with slightly floral and herbal hints.
The package contains 6 blooming teas: 2 Marigold Rose, 2 Mistery Rose, 2 Yellow Sunshine. 40 gr - 1,41 oz
