Biological balsamic dressing
The Florian Balsamic dressing is the right balance between the Traditional Balsamic Condiment and the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

This precious condiment is obtained exclusively from boiled must of Emilian grapes, left to ferment for about 60 days in medium-sized barrels and then later bottled.

A precious suggestion for gourmands is to dilute the vinegar with salt, pepper and any aromatic herbs first, and only then incorporate the oil to obtain a creamy vinaigrette.
