Organic artisan aged red wine vinegar
The Florian red wine vinegar is the result of a precise and rigorous choice of high-quality ingredients and constant improvement over the years thanks to passion and careful gestures: a tradition handed down over time.
The essential elements of this process are: the use of undiluted high-quality raw materials, a slow and spontaneous process that accompanies the natural rhythms of vinegar maturation and the necessary time for the "acetification” (at least 9 months) and the following aging.
Classified as “live” vinegar, as unpasteurized and containing no sulphites, the Florian organic red wine vinegar evokes the flavor of the vigorous and fragrant vinegars of the past.
It is obtained from organically grown Lambrusco and Ancellotta grapes. Vinified and subsequently acidified by very slow oxidation, it is a noble vinegar which, thanks to the artisan process, maintain its aroma and fragrance unchanged and preserve its marked acidity and flavor enriched by light fruity notes.
Ideal to valorize vegetable salads, boiled meat and Italian traditional “cotechino”.
A precious suggestion for gourmand is to dilute the vinegar with salt, pepper and any aromatic herbs first, and only then incorporate the oil to obtain a creamy vinaigrette.
