Florian classic grappa
Pomace brandy, made from grapes of Sangiovese Grosso, apt to become Brunello. The fresh marc, still dripping with wine, made from a soft pressing, arrives at the distillery a few hours after racking, full of alcohol and flavorings. The distillation is made within the next twenty-four hours, in order to maintain the intense scents of the grape harvest. All this contributes to obtaining a grappa with complex aromas, enhancing the scent of fresh pomace, perfectly balanced, soft and surprising to the palate with its remarkably persistent aftertaste.
